What utensils to use
Do not use utensils with serrated edges or curved bottom.
The base of the utensil should be smooth, lay flat on the glass and be the
same size as the plate. Always place the utensil in the center of the plate.
Always remove the utensils from the plates by lifting them, never sliding them
on them, otherwise they could scratch the glass.
