Hands-Free Call
a. When receiving a call, press the Bluetooth button once to answer the call. Press it again to end the
call.
b. To deny a call, press and hold the Bluetooth button.
Listening to Music in Bluetooth Mode
a. Single press the Bluetooth button to play/pause music.
b. Double press the Bluetooth button to skip to the next song.
c. Triple press the Bluetooth button to go back to the previous song.
The headset will stay connected to Bluetooth when you switch to Dongle Mode. You will still be able to receive
incoming calls, but not listen to music. To receive calls in Dongle Mode, please follow the hands-free call steps
above.
Troubleshooting
g. No sound coming out
If you can't hear any game audio or music coming from your headset, try the following.
a. Make sure your volume on the headset is turned up. Use the volume wheel to increase the volume.
b.
Make sure the settings on the console are correct.
c. Make sure you are in the right mode. Set the Mode switch to the up position for Bluetooth mode or
the down position for Dongle Mode.
Note: You may experience an issue with game audio not returning after hanging up a call you received via a
phone app, such as Discord. To get your game audio back please try the following. Unlock your phone and close
the app or move the mode switch to Bluetooth mode then back to Dongle mode. If you are still experiencing an
issue, please contact our customer service.

Mic not working
a. Make sure the mic isn't muted. Rotate the mic boom all the way down; you should hear a tone when
the mic is unmuted.
b. Make sure the settings on the console are correct.
i. Headset not connecting to console
If the headset loses connection to the dongle, you can simply re-pair the headset to the dongle.
a. Power off the headset.
b. Make sure the Mode switch is set to Dongle Mode in the down position.
c. Power on the headset.
d. Press and hold the blue button on the dongle and then double press the power button on the
headset.
Note:
(1) This headset uses a 2.4GHz radio-frequency bandwidth. When PlayStation®5 consoles and other products also use
2.4GHz radio-frequency bandwidth, there is a possibility that wireless interference will occur.
(2) PDP validated this headset with PlayStation®5 1000 and 2000 series including wireless testing and PDP
has product liability of this headset.
(3) For PlayStation®5 1000 series, it is recommended to insert the USB dongle into the UBS port on the front
of the PlayStation®5 console.
(4) This headset can not be charged when the PlayStation®5 console is in rest mode.
