PROPANE SUPPLY
1.
Propane gas and cylinder are to be supplied by the user.
2.
Use this heater only with a propane vapour withdrawal supply system. See Chapter 5 of the
Standard and Handling of Liquefied Petroleum Gas, ANSI/NFPA 58 and/or CAN/CGA B149.1.
Your local library or fire department will have these documents.
3.
The cylinder quantity will depend on environmental and temperature factors. Less gas is
vaporized at lower temperatures. Your local propane gas dealer can help you select the proper
supply system.
The chart below shows the number of cylinders needed to run this heater.

Smaller cylinders can be used for limited run times but it is recommended to use larger cylinders for
optimum performance.
UNPACKING
1.
Carefully remove the parts and accessories from the box. Retain packaging material until you
have carefully inspected and satisfactorily installed or operated the tool.
2.
Make sure that all items in the parts list are included.
3.
Inspect the parts carefully to make sure the tools and accessories were not damaged
while shipping.
WARNING! Do not operate the heater if any part is missing. Replace the missing part before
operating. Failure to do so could result in a malfunction and serious personal injury.
