A. POWER UP:
1. Before all you should connect the motor with monitor together by cables.
2. Then plug the power supply AC adaptor.

REMARKS:
If the cables are connected incorrectly, monitor will display "E1" and generate a beep sound, Please examine if
all connection cables are well connected and then re-turn On the power to reset and release the beep sound.
SPEED: Displays the speed in km per hour.
TIME: Displays the time in minutes and seconds up to 99.00.
DISTANCE: Displays the distance covered in intervals of 100 metres up to 99.9 km.
CALORIES (CAL): Displays the estimated calorific expenditure in Kcal.
PULSE: Displays the pulse in real time.
NUMBER OF REVOLUTIONS PER MINUTE (RPM)*: Displays the number of revolutions of
the pedals per minute.
B. KEY BOARD:
a. UP: Select program or sets up the values of load level, time, calories, and distance.
b. DOWN: Select program or sets down the values of load level, time, calories, and distance.
c. MODE:
1.During STOP mode, press MODE to enter program, time, calories and distance setting.
2.During START mode, press MODE key to switch over the display of Speed of & RPM, Cal.

C. OPERATION DETAIL:
This system container 10 different programs, and each program is composed of 10 parts with 3
Minute running per part.
g. In the initial mode, press MODE and hold for 3 seconds to enter PROGRAM 1

Press UP or DOWN to increase or decrease the flashed value for your selection.

Press START to start exercising, and the running program will flash at 1HZ.

Press START/STOP to stop exercising, and it will stop time counting .Then press START/STOP.
to resume your exercise again.
D. CAUTION:
1. If there is no input signal over 5 minutes, system will enter SLEEP mode and all display will
be turned off automatically .once receive signal again, LCD screen will be light up and monitor will turn to initial
mode.
2. Each pulse rate signal will be accompanied with sign flash.
3. If received no pulse signal over 30 seconds, the CPU will turn off the pulse circuit automatically
reset all value to zero.
