The worklight (8) lights up when the on/off switch (7) is
lightly or fully pressed, allowing the work area to be illumin-
ated in poor lighting conditions.
To switch off the power tool, release the on/off switch (7).
User interface (see figure B)
The user interface (5) is used to preselect the speed.
Speed preselection
With the mode button (12), you can preselect the required
speed in three stages. Press the button as often as needed
until the required setting is indicated in the speed indicator
(11). The selected setting will be saved.
The required speed depends on the material and the work-
ing conditions; it can be ascertained through practical tests.
The information in the table below describes the recommen-
ded values.

Practical advice
The torque depends on the impact duration. The maximum
achieved torque results from the sum of all individual
torques achieved through impact. Maximum torque is
achieved after an impact duration of 6–10 seconds. After
this duration, the tightening torque increases only minimally.
Tips for Changing Wheels
The power tool can be used for loosening and tightening
wheel nuts and wheel bolts. When tightening, pay attention
to the maximum tightening torque of the vehicle manufac-
turer in order to avoid damaging the screwed connection
and to ensure a secure fit. Use a torque wrench to ensure
that wheel screws and/or wheel nuts are tightened in ac-
cordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
Maintenance and Service
Maintenance and Cleaning
Clean the air vents on your power tool regularly. The
u
motor's fan will draw the dust inside the housing and ex-
cessive accumulation of powdered metal may cause elec-
trical hazards.
Before carrying out any work on the power tool (e.g.
u
maintenance, tool change etc.), remove the battery
from the power tool. There is risk of injury from uninten-
tionally pressing the on/off switch.
To ensure safe and efficient operation, always keep
u
the power tool and the ventilation slots clean.

Transport
The recommended lithium-ion batteries are subject to legis-
lation on the transport of dangerous goods. The user can
transport the batteries by road without further require-
ments.
When the batteries are shipped by third parties (e.g. air
transport or forwarding agency), special requirements on
packaging and labelling (e.g. ADR regulations) must be met.
A dangerous goods expert must be consulted when prepar-
ing the items for shipping.
Dispatch battery packs only when the housing is undam-
aged. Tape or mask off open contacts and pack up the bat-
tery in such a manner that it cannot move around in the
packaging. Please also observe the possibility of more de-
tailed national regulations.
Disposal
Only for EU countries:
Power tools that are no longer suitable for use and defective
or used batteries must be disposed of separately. Use the
designated collection systems.
Power tools, rechargeable batteries, accessor-
ies and packaging should be sorted for environ-
mental-friendly recycling.
Do not dispose of power tools and batteries/re-
chargeable batteries into household waste!
