6.1 Heating Functions

and to dry food. Set the tem‐
perature 20 - 40 °C lower
than for Conventional Cook‐
ing.
To bake pizza and other
dishes that require more heat
from below.
To bake and roast food on
one shelf position.
To prepare tender, succulent
roasts.
To bake cakes with crispy
bottom and to preserve food.
To defrost food (vegetables
and fruit). The defrosting time
depends on the amount and
size of the frozen food.
To keep food warm. Please
note that some dishes may
continue to cook and dry out
while being kept warm. Cover
the dishes if necessary.
To grill thin pieces of food
and to toast bread.

6.2 How to set: Heating Functions

turns off automatically after 20 seconds.
6.3 How to set: Temperature

signal sounds and the Heat up indicator
disappears.
6.4 How to check: Temperature
You can check the current temperature in the
oven when the function or programme works.
