ied with Daymaker switched on, the search device may suffer
interference.
• DYNAFIT does not assume any liability for direct, indirect, ac-
cidental or other damage and consequential damage caused
by or resulting from use of its products. You are solely respon-
sible for your excursions and decisions, as well as for all con-
sequences from them.
LIMITED LIABILITY

We warrant to the original purchaser who bought the product
from retail (buyer) for two years from the purchasing date that
the products are free of defects of material and craftsmanship.
The warranty period for our lamp is two years from the date of
purchase. If the buyer finds a defect, he should return the prod-
uct without delay to the shop where he purchased it and not use
it any more. If this is not possible, the buyer should send the
product to our returns department without delay. The product
will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. This constitutes
the liability scope according to this warranty. After the end of
the valid warranty period, all liability is excluded. We reserve the
right to demand a proof of purchase for all warranty claims.

We offer no warranty for regular wear and tear of our products. In
case of unauthorised changes, improper use and maintenance,
accidents, misuse, neglect, damage or if the product is used
for any purpose that it was not developed for, any liability shall
be excluded. You have certain rights according to this warranty
statement that may differ according to country, state or province.
We assume no liability for direct, indirect, accidental or other
damage and consequential caused from or due to the use of
our products beyond the express liability according to this war-
ranty. This warranty shall replace any other express or implied
warranty, including but not limited to the implied warranty of
merchantability or suitability for a specific purpose. (Some coun-
tries, states or provinces do not permit exclusion or limitation
of liability for direct, indirect, accidental or other damage and
consequential damage, so that the above exclusion clauses may
not or not fully apply to you.)
