WINDING THE WATCH
Your new automatic watch features a
manual winding mechanism. When worn, the
mainspring is automatically wound by arm
movement.
The power reserve is 41 hours. This is how
long your watch will run if left unworn.
You can also wind your watch by hand. The
crown remains in the normal position. Turn
the crown clockwise at least 55 times to fully
wind the watch. Further turning of the crown
will not damage the spring.
Turn the crown from time to time, even with
regular wear, to avoid corrosion.
MATERIALS
The precision work behind DETOMASO was
made possible through the collaboration
of bold thinkers, first-class watchmakers,
and ambitious designers. This commitment
is also reflected in the carefully selected
materials.
DETOMASO uses only the best components
for the new CLASSIC AUTOMATIC:
Automatic movement by the renowned Japa-
nese manufacturer Seiko caliber NH35a
Case material made of hypoallergenic 316L
surgical steel
Double-domed sapphire crystal with anti-
reflective coating
10 ATM water resistance according to DIN 8310
SETTING THE DATE AND TIME
Make sure your watch is running. If not, wind
it as described above.
Pull the crown out to the 2nd position. Turn
the crown until the correct time is set.
Then, push the crown back into the normal
position.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Your watch is designed to bring you joy and
accompany you for a long time. Protect
your watch from impacts, magnetic fields,
extreme heat, and chemicals, as well as from
mechanical abrasion. With a water resistance
of 10 ATM, it withstands splashes and can be
worn while washing hands. However, try to
keep it away from water whenever possible,
including for the sake of the strap. While
wearing, the crown should always be in the
pressed-in position.
If you notice condensation under the glass,
send the watch to our watchmaker's work-
shop or take it to a specialist store immedi-
ately to prevent moisture damage.
A minor time deviation for automatic
watches is normal. After 5 to 7 years, the
movement may lose precision and require
servicing. Servicing can be performed in our
watch workshop (Contact: service@detoma-
so-watches.com) or at a specialist store.
