FOLDING AND UNFOLDING THE MACHINE
To fold the machine start by screwing the knobs anti-clockwise then gently slide base
down between the slideway.
Please Note* you can also remove the saddle from the slideway and store between the
track for better space saving.
MOVING THE MACHINE
To move the machine, make sure the machine
is folded down and secure. Then, lift the base
from the end where your monitor is until the
transport wheels at the other end touch the
floor.
ADJUSTING THE RESISTANCE
Rotate the tension control knob clockwise
to increase the level of resistance. Rotate
the tension control knob counter-clockwise
to decrease the level of resistance.
Level 1 is the lowest and level 16 is the
highest.
