Explanation of symbols
Warning symbols
Safety instructions in this document are
framed and identified by a warning triangle
which is printed on a grey background.
Electrical hazards are identified by a
lightning symbol surrounded by a warning
triangle.
Signal words indicate the seriousness of the hazard in terms of
the consequences of not following the safety instructions.
•
NOTICE indicates possible damage to property or
equipment, but where there is no risk of injury.
•
CAUTION indicates possible injury.
•
WARNING indicates possible severe injury.
•
DANGER indicates possible risk to life.
Important information
Notes contain important information in cases
where there is no risk of personal injury or
material losses and are identified by the
symbol shown on the left. They are bordered
by horizontal lines above and below the text.

Safety indications
▶ Installation and maintenance can be carried out only by an
authorized installer.
▶ In order for the solar kit to work perfectly and safely,
periodic maintenance needs to be carried out.
▶ The device needs to undergo annual maintenance. In areas
where water is very aggressive, semi-annual maintenance
shall be required.
▶ Use of this kit is not recommended if the water supply
pressure is lower than 1,4 bar.
▶ The minimum flow rate for achieving temperature stability
is 4 l/min. It is recommended that the water flow rate be
suited to the appliance in question.
▶ Thermostatic valves must not be adjusted to temperatures
over 50°C.

Explanation of symbols and safety indications
The recommended water supply pressure is
2,5 bar.
▶ To interconnect with HDG devices, use a suitable
microswitch kit (7 709 003 637).
