ATTACHING THE SANDING SHEET
• Disconnect the plug from the outlet.
• In order to collect dust, perforated sanding sheets are required.
• Loosen the tightening brackets (4) and attach the sanding sheet. Place the sheet on the grinding bed (5) of the sander.
• Ensure that the dust outlets align with the perforations on the sanding sheet. Fold both ends of the sanding sheet on the grinding bed and tighten the
brackets (4) to attach the sanding sheet.
• Ensure that the sanding sheet is well attached.
• Replace worn sanding sheets.
DUST COLLECTION
• When using a vacuum cleaner, connect the exhaust of the finishing sander with the nozzle of the vacuum cleaner.
• Do not use a vacuum cleaner when sanding metal.
OPERATION OF THE FINISHING SANDER
• The finishing sander is operates as long as the trigger is pressed (2).
• In order to lock the device in the ''on'' position, press the trigger (2) then press the trigger lock button (1). The trigger (2) can then be released and the device
will keep working.
• Set the speed adjuster to the desired speed and apply moderate pressure on the workpiece with the finishing sander.
• Move the finishing sander parallel to the work surface.
• When the work is finished, release the trigger (2), place the finishing sander on the ground with the moving part facing upwards and then remove the plug
from the outlet.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Keep the ventilation holes clean and free of obstructing material.
• In case of excessive spark generation, the operator should check the carbon brushes of the motor for damage or wear.
• Damaged or broken motor carbon brushes should be replaced immediately. Always replace the brushes in pairs.
• Carbon brush replacements must be identical to the original ones.
• Replacing the carbon brushes requires a qualified service professional.
• In case of machine failure or malfunction the device must be repaired by a qualified service professional.
• The finishing sander must be maintained frequently to ensure its proper operation.
ENVIRONMENTAL DISPOSAL
In order to avoid damages on transportation, the tool has to be delivered in solid packaging. Packaging as well as the unit and accessories are made of
recyclable materials and can be disposed accordingly. The tool's plastics components are marked according to their material, which makes it possible to remove
environmental friendly and differentiated because of available collection facilities.

In observance of European Directive 2002/96/EC on waste electrical and electronic equipment and its implementation in accordance with
national law, electric tools that have reached the end of their life must be collected separately and returned to an environmentally compatible
recycling facility.
