EN: Slide the axle (Part 1) through the wheels (Part 10) and position
the wheel to the base and knock in to secure them.
FR: Faites glisser l'essieu (pièce 1) dans les roues (pièce 10),
positionnez la roue sur la base et enfoncez-la pour la fixer.

EN: Remove the cap from the hole and fill the base with sand or
water.
Insert the middle pole (Part 5) into the lower pole (Part 6), secure
with screw (Part D)(The screw should be flush with the pole).
Note: Adjusting screws are at back of the pole.
FR: Retirez le bouchon du trou et remplissez la base de sable ou
d'eau.
Insérez le mât central (pièce 5) dans le mât inférieur (pièce 6) et
fixez-le avec la vis (pièce D) (la vis doit être au même niveau que le
mât).
Remarque : Les vis de réglage se trouvent à l'arrière du mât.
