Increased Suction Level for Single Pumping
If it feels like the suction is higher than usual when single pumping, check that the plug
for the pipe is clean and that the airway in the plug is not blocked.

Ensure the iOS and Android® system settings that Notifications are allowed for the app.

Ensure the Bluetooth® and Location permission is set to
correctly. Make sure that the permission is not set to
Location is not captured or used. The Location permission is used to detect if the
Smartpump 3.0 is nearby even if the app is not launched.
Pump Not Being Detected

Smartpump 3.0 removes the paired phone when the pump is set into pairing mode. If
you accidently set the pump into pairing mode, you will need to re-pair the pump to
connect. To re-pair the device with the phone, remove the pump from the Bluetooth®
settings in the Android® or iOS system settings. Set the pump into pairing mode, and
relaunch Lansinoh® Baby app to pair.
