Product Placement -Place on a flat and level surface such as grass or sand. Trampolines shall neither be installed over concrete, asphalt, or
any other hard surface nor in proximity to other conflicting installations (e.g., paddling pools, swings, slides, climbing frames). The trampoline
must be positioned at least 2 meters away from all obstructions.
JUMPS
You must master the basic jump and the stopping technique before trying any other jump.
JUMPS
1 .
Start in an upright position, feet shoulder-width apart, head
straight and eyes focused on trampoline mat.
2 .
Swing the arms back and forth in a circular motion.
3 .
Jump by pushing down on your toes.
4 .
Keep your feet slightly apart as you land.
5 .
T o stop, bend your knees as your feet come into contact with the
trampoline.
KNEE JUMP
1 .
Begin with a basic jump.
2 .
Land on your knees, keeping your back straight.
3 .
Use your arms to help you balance.
4 .
Return to basic jump position.
SEAT DROP
1 .
Land in a seated position
2 .
Place hands on the trampoline surface, next to your hips.
3 .
Using your hands, push yourself up to standing position.
FRONT DROP
1 .
Begin with a small jump.
2 .
Land on your stomach with your hands stretched out in front of you.
3 .
Push into your arms to return to standing position.
180° TWIST
1 .
Start by performing a front drop.
2 .
Push with your left hand and arm, or right (depending which side you
want to turn).
3 .
Keep head and shoulders facing in the same direction and body parallel
to trampoline surface.
4 .
Land in an inclined position and then return to standing position by
pushing with your hands and arms.
