Place the empty container on the drip tray.

Press the Start/Cancel button to dispense water. Discard the water in the sink, and repeat
this step until the water tank is empty.
14.
Reinsert the funnel and filter cartridge into the water tank, and fill the funnel with fresh water.
15.
The water dispenser is ready for use.
8. TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
The appliance does not
work after dispensing
water.
The appliance does not
dispense hot water.
The appliance is
dispensing less
water. / The water flow
is slow.
Possible cause
The appliance has not
finished resetting after the
boil cycle.

"E1" displayed - The
water tank is empty.
■
The water tank is not
properly installed.
■
The appliance is not
plugged in.
■
Excessive scale has
built-up inside the
appliance.
■
The dispensing volume
is set to a small cup
size, or has been
customised to a small
cup size.

Possible solution
The appliance is still too hot after
the last boil cycle. Wait a few
seconds for the appliance to cool
slightly before trying again.
■
Unplug the appliance
and allow it to cool down
completely, then refill the
water tank.
■
Reinstall the water tank.
■
Connect the power plug firmly
to the outlet. Turn on the main
switch of the outlet.
■
Descale the appliance on a
regular basis, or more often.
■
Choose a larger dispensing
volume.
■
Reset the customised
dispense volume (touch and
hold VOL for 3 seconds), and
set the desired volume.
