Configuring R700 / S0002P
We recommend using a FROR 2 x 1 mm cable, maximum 30 m in length from the
control board.
Connect the selector to terminals S1-GND on the control panel.
Set DIP 1 2 3 to OFF.

The selector is not compatible with boards ZM3E and ZLJ24.
Backlighting
Set DIP 4 to ON to activate the selector backlighting.
When the device is in standby mode, the backlighting is blue.

Final operations
Entering a new user
Start the procedure for entering a user from the control panel using the [U1 – New user] function.
Touch an unconfi gured keycard on the reader.
If the keycard has been correctly encoded, the device backlighting will light up green.
Please see the operator or control panel manual for more information.
BUS mode operation
When you touch an encoded keycard on the device, you will hear a long beep and the device back
will light up green.
If the operator requires maintenance, the selector backlighting will light up for 3 seconds in the
colour set under the [Signal maintenance] function on the control panel.
You need to activate the [Confi gure maintenance] function on the control panel.

When you touch a non-encoded keycard on the device, you will hear three short beeps and the
device back will light up red.
