NOTICE! Risk of product damage!
Always make sure that the blower does not
suck up any dust or other contamination dur-
ing operation.
Filling the suction cup
DANGER! Risk of injury! Before all work
on the product, disconnect the mains plug.
Note: Observe the manufacturer's instruc-
tions for paint preparation.
– Unscrew the suction cup (8) from the spray gun.
– Rotate the uptake tube (10) so that the paint can
be sprayed almost without any residue (► P. 3,
fig. 3):
– to spray horizontal objects forwards towards
the nozzle;
– to spray overhead backwards towards the
handle.
– Fill the suction cup with paint and screw it tightly
onto the spray gun.
Operation
DANGER! Risk of injury! Do not aim he
product at yourself, other people and ani-
mals.
Check before switching on!
DANGER! Risk of explosion! Make sure
that there are no ignition sources (e.g. naked
flames, burning cigarettes, non-explosion
protected lamps etc.) within your working
area.
Never spray onto naked flames, a glowing
surface or onto illuminants.
Check the safe condition of the product:
• Check whether there are any visible defects.
• Check all parts to make sure that they fit tightly.
Setting the spray pattern
Note: The shape of the paint jet must be
adapted to the item to be painted: round jet
for small surfaces, corners and angles. wide
jet for large surfaces.

Setting the paint quantity

– Set the paint quantity as illustrated:
D. Too much spray material on the spray surface =
rotate the controller (6) in the [−] direction;
E. Too little spray material on the spray surface =
rotate the controller (6) in the [+] direction.
Working instruction
Note: Observe the wind direction when
working outdoors.
Always carry out a test spray first and set the spray
pattern and paint quantity accordingly (► Setting the
spray pattern – p. 31, ► Setting the paint quantity –
p. 31)
– Hold the spray gun at an equal distance of 2,5–
30 cm vertical to the spray object.
– Start the spray process outside the spray surface.
– Move the spray gun evenly across or up and
down after every spray pattern adjustment.
A consistent surface quality will be achieved when
the spray path overlaps by 4–5 cm.
– Avoid interruptions within the spray surface.
Evenly guiding the spray pistol creates a consistent
surface quality.
An unequal distance and spray angle results in incon-
sistent surfaces.
– Finish the spray process away from the spray sur-
face.
– Do not allow the suction cup to be sucked empty.
If the uptake tube is no longer immersed in the paint,
the spray mist is interrupted and an inconsistent sur-
face is produced.
Spraying
Note: The paint quantity should always be
adjusted during operation to match the vary-
ing material types.
– Press the trigger (5) to start the air supply.
– Set the required paint quantity (► Setting the
paint quantity – p. 31).
– Release the trigger (5) to stop the air supply.
– Always clean the spray gun and suction cup
immediately after use (► Cleaning – p. 32).
