To ensure that your heater follows your programme, make sure that you are in Daily Programme mode.
To exit the Daily Programme mode, select another mode by pressing MODE. If you wish to change
the programme, repeat the above steps.
Pilot Wire Mode
The Pilot Wire mode is used to control the heater via a pilot wire programmer or a central programmer.
If you do not have a pilot wire, when the pilot wire mode is selected, the Comfort mode is engaged
by default.
In Pilot Wire mode, set the heater using the external programmer.
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
To maintain the performance of the towel warmer, it is necessary to remove the dust approximately
once a month.
The volume of air entering the inlet grille must be sufficient to maximise the air flow out of the blower. If
this is not the case, the thermal cut-out will be triggered and the blower will automatically stop working.
The structure of the unit can be cleaned with a damp cloth, never use abrasive products.
Clean the air inlet and outlet grilles of the blower regularly, using a blower or hoover. Always switch
off the blower with the on/off switch before cleaning.

Problems encountered
The appliance does not heat up:
- Check that the set temperature is sufficient for the appliance to heat.
- Make sure that the circuit breakers of the installation are switched on, or that the load breaker (if
you have one) has not cut off the power supply to the unit.
- Check the air temperature in the room.
The appliance is constantly heating:
Check that the unit is not located in a draft or that the temperature setting has not been changed.
The blower stops suddenly:
- If the room temperature is too high, the blower may stop. This is normal. At this point, you must wait
for the room temperature to decrease before you can use the blower again.
- Check that the air inlet and outlet grilles are not blocked by linen or dust particles. Clean the grilles,
if necessary (see section V- Maintenance instructions).
- Switch off the appliance by pressing the On/Off button. Wait a few minutes before restarting the blower.
- Make sure that the towel dryer is fixed to the wall, with the fixing pieces in place, so that the distance
between the wall and the towel dryer is as large as possible. Switch the blower back on by pressing
the On/Off button again.
