9. TROUBLESHOOTING
Repair of your machine should be carried out by an authorised service company. If
your machine requires repair or if you cannot solve an issue with the information
provided below, then you should:
Unplug your machine from the mains power supply.

Turn off the water supply.
FAULT
Your machine does not start.
Your machine does
not intake water.
Your machine does
not discharge water.
Your machine vibrates.
Excessive foam is formed
in the detergent drawer.
Unsatisfactory
washing result.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Machine not plugged in.
Fuses are faulty.
No mains power supply.
Iniciar/Pausar button not pressed.
Programme dial 'OFF' position.
The machine door is
not completely closed.
Water tap is turned off.
Water inlet hose may be twisted.
Water inlet hose clogged.
Inlet filter clogged.
The machine door is
not completely closed.
Drain hose clogged or twisted.
Pump filter clogged.
Laundry is too tighly
packed together in the
drum.
The feet have not been adjusted.
Transit bolts fitted for
transportation have not
been removed.
Small load in the drum.
Your machine is overloaded
with laundry or laundry is
unevenly spread.
Your machine rests on a
hard surface.
Excessive amount of
detergent used.
Wrong detergent used.
Your washing is too dirty for
the programme selected.
Amount of detergent
used insufficient.
There is too much laundry in
your machine.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Press the Iniciar/Pausar button.
Turn the programme dial to the desired position.
Close the machine door.
Check water inlet hose and untwist.
Clean water inlet hose filters. (*)
Clean the inlet filters. (*)
Close the machine door.
Check the drain hose, then either clean
Clean the pump filter. (*)
Spread your laundry in the machine evenly.
Remove the transit bolts from the machine. (**)
This will not prevent operation of your machine.
Do not overload the drum. Spread laundry
Do not set up your Washing Machine on a
