Danger of injuries
Prior to carrying out any work on the pump, ensure that the pump and accessories connected
are depressurised.

Peligro de daños en el equipo
Todas las juntas se deben cambiar después de cada desmontaje de los componentes.
ATTENTION!
Increasing pre-fill pressure (models TPS-360 and TPS-450)
If, over time, the pump starts up just removing a little water (approx. 0.5 l), the boiler pre-fill pressure must
be restored.
1. Unplug the power supply plug.
2. Open the pressure line (turn on the water spigot or nozzle), let the water drain completely.
3. Unscrew the rear plastic plug of the boiler (6); the air control valve is located behind.
4. Connect the air pump or compressor hose to the air control valve with a tyre valve and a pressure gauge.
5. Pump up (inflate) at the pre-fill pressure specified (pre-fill pressure: 1.8~2.0 bar).
6. Connect the equipment again and check the operation.
Danger of damage to the equipment (models BJS-420 TPS-360 TPS-450)
If the pumped water is highly contaminated, clean the filter after each use. A clogged filter
will damage the pump.
¡ATENCION!
Danger of damage to the equipment
Frost will damage the equipment and accessories, since they contain water
ATTENTION!
Storage
If there is frost risk, disassemble the equipment and accessories, clean them and place them in a frost
proof room.
Cleaning the filter
• Unscrew the filter housing (A) and remove the filtering cartridge.
• If necessary, wash the filtering cartridge with warm water for a short time.
• Rinse the filtering cartridge with clean water; brush stubborn dirt using a
