Troubleshooting
If the appliance is not working properly, please follow these steps:
1. Check that you have followed the operating instructions precisely and
correctly.
2. Check whether the table below offers a feasible solution.
3. Check that all fuses are intact.
Error code
After plugging in the mains

Problem
Solution
Make sure that the buttons, cable
connection, power supply and fuse are
not damaged and that the power cord
is properly plugged into the wall outlet.
The appliance's overheat protection
may have been activated. Disconnect
the hob from the power supply, then
reconnect the power supply and
restart the appliance. The appliance
must not be continuously operated for
more than 2 hours. The ventilation
openings must not be blocked or dirty.
Make sure that the ambient temp
erature is not too high.
Place suitable cookware on the hob.
Remove the plug from the outlet
and contact customer service.
Make sure the hob is plugged into a
220-240 V~ 50/60 Hz outlet.
Make sure the hob is plugged into a

let the hob cool down. If the problem
