23. If you want to blend directly in the saucepan, you
should take the saucepan away from the stove first
and let it cool down slightly. Do not blend any food
at a temperature that is higher than 40⁰C, otherwise
your hand blender could get overheated.
24. Take special care when preparing food for babies,
the elderly and infirm. Always ensure that the hand
blender shaft is thoroughly sterilized. Use a
sterilizing solution in accordance with the sterilizing
solution manufacturers' instructions.
25. Never touch the blades while the machine's plugged
in.
26. Keep fingers, hair, clothing, and utensils away from
moving parts.
27. Never blend hot oil or fat.
28. Never use an unauthorized attachment.
29. Regarding the instructions for cleaning the surfaces
which come in contact with food, speed settings and
operating times, please refer to the below paragraph
of the manual.
