Prolonged use on a high setting may result in burns.

Do not cover the control panel when it is on. Never place pillows or blankets on or against
the product. Doing so may result in a fire hazard, electric shock, personal injury or damage
to the product.

The product can only be operated through the control panel.
•
If you use the product on an adjustable bed, make sure that the product cannot crease
and the control panel cannot be covered when you adjust the bed.
•
Do not use the product for more than 10 hours at a time.
2.4 Medical remarks
•
If you experience pain or discomfort while using the product, stop immediately and consult
your physician.
•
This product is not a substitute for treatments from a physician or physical therapist.
Chronic symptoms may worsen.
•
Consult a physician before using the product if you have unexplained pain, are undergoing
medical treatment, or are using medical equipment.
•
Do not use the product if you have circulatory problems and do not use the product on
areas sensitive to heat. This may result in burns!
•
Do not use the product or consult a doctor before use if: you are pregnant; you have a
pacemaker or other electronic implants; you have circulation problems, varicose veins,
open wounds, bruises, broken skin, inflammation of the veins or other skin conditions; you
are sensitive to heat.
2.5 Electricity
•
If the power fails during use, turn off the product immediately and unplug the product.
•
If the surface of the product is cracked, turn off the product to avoid electric shock.
•
Check both power cord and plug regularly for signs of damage or wear, and if there is
any, do not use the product and have the power cord and/or plug replaced or repaired by
authorized service personnel.
•
Do not immerse the product, power cord or plug in water. If water does get inside or on the
product, turn the product off immediately and contact our customer service department.
•
Use and store the product so that the cables cannot be damaged.
•
To avoid electric shock, do not use the product if you suspect the power cord or plug
is damaged. A damaged power cord or plug should be repaired or replaced by a
professional (an authorized distributor).
•
Unplug and turn off the product when not in use and before cleaning the product.
•
Do not unplug the product by pulling the power cord. This may cause fire or electric shock.
•
If black smoke comes out of the product, unplug the product immediately. Wait until the
smoke is gone before removing the contents of the product and contact our customer
service department.

Do not leave the cable(s) hanging over the edge of a table or countertop.

Do not place the cable(s) on hot surfaces or near oil.
•
Do not tuck the cable(s) under rugs or blankets. Make sure the cable is never in a walkway.

Do not move the product by pulling the cord or twist the cord.
•
Before connecting the product, make sure that the mains voltage indicated on the rating
plate matches that of your mains supply.
•
Never leave the product unattended when in use. This may cause a fire hazard or personal
injury.
•
If you are not using the product for a long period of time, turn the product off and unplug it.
•
Make sure you do not trip over the cable(s) and that the cable(s) are not kinked, twisted, or
stuck.
3. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1.
Insert the control panel plug into the product power connector.
2.
Insert the plug into the power outlet and slide the switch from 0 to 1. The display shows the
selected heat setting. The product heats up slowly.
3.
Turn the switch to 1, 2 or 3 to select the desired heat setting.
4.
Turn the switch back to 0 to turn the product off. The display will turn off.
4. TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
The display does not light up while:
- the control panel is fully
connected to the product,
- the plug is connected to the
power outlet,
- the switch is set to 1, 2 or 3.
5. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Always unplug and remove the control panel from the product by disconnecting it
from the power outlet before cleaning the product.
The control panel should never come into contact with water or other liquids,
otherwise the control panel may be damaged. Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the
control panel. Do not use chemical or abrasive cleaners.
Do not reconnect the control panel to the product until the product is completely
dry, otherwise the product may be damaged. Under no circumstances turn on the
product to dry it, otherwise there is a danger of electric shock.
