Always observe the following precautions when using 'the Electric blanket', hereinafter referred
to as 'the product'.

2.1 General
•
Before first use, remove all packaging material and any stickers.
•
Note the risks and consequences associated with improper use of the product. Misuse of
the product may result in personal injury and damage to the product.
•
Do not disassemble, repair or restore the product. Doing so may cause damage to the
product. For your own safety, these parts should only be replaced by authorized service
personnel. Always send the product to a service center for repairs to prevent damage and
personal injury.
•
Use the product only for the purposes indicated in this manual.
•
Do not use accessories not offered by the supplier. They may pose a danger to the user
and damage the product.
•
Before each use, check the parts and accessories for damage or wear (cracks/
breakage) that may adversely affect performance and, if so, replace them with original or
manufacturer-recommended parts and accessories.
•
If the product is malfunctioning, dropped or damaged, do not use the product and consult
our customer service.
•
If this is your first time using the product, it is important to read the manual and instructions
carefully.
•
The product is designed and intended for private use. Do not use the product for
commercial purposes.
•
Never place the product on or over the head.
•
Do not place objects or heat sources (such as pitchers) on the product when it is on or it is
stored.
•
Allow the product to cool completely before folding and storing it. Do not fold the product
too tightly.
•
Do not use the product if it is folded or creased.

2.3 Use
•
Do not attach safety pins or other sharp objects to the product and make sure that no
sharp objects can pierce the product.
Store the product in its original packaging in a dry and clean place. Be careful not to
damage the power cord when folding it.
The product can be washed either by hand or in the washing machine. Always unplug and
disconnect the control panel before washing the product. Do not use the spin function in
the washing machine.
The product is only suitable for indoor use. Do not use the product outdoors. This may
cause damage to the product.
If burns occur, immediately run lukewarm water over the affected body part. Do not stop to
remove clothing and seek medical attention quickly.
Do not use the product if you are tired, have taken medication or drank alcohol. This may
cause personal injury.
Children under 3 years of age should not use this product because of their ability to react
to overheating.
The product may be used by children aged 3 years and older if they are properly
supervised and instructed in the safe use of the product and understand its potential
hazards. Cleaning and maintenance of the product should not be performed by children
unless they are over 3 years of age and supervised. Keep the product and cord out of the
reach of children under 3 years of age.
The product may be used by people with physical or mental disabilities, provided that
they are properly supervised and informed concerning the safe use of the product and
understand its possible dangers.
The product should not be used by children under the age of 3. Use of the product is
allowed only when a supervisor is present and responsible for the safety of the user.
To avoid electric shock, do not allow pets or small children to chew on the power cord.
Do not allow children to play with the product. Use and store the product out of the reach
of children.
The product should not be used on persons who are insensitive to heat or who need a
lot of protection because they cannot react to overheating (e.g., diabetics, persons with
disease-induced skin changes or scars in the area of application, after taking painkillers or
narcotics, or alcohol).
Do not use the product near your eyes or other sensitive areas. This may cause personal
injury.
The product is not suitable for animals.
Do not use the product near a bathtub, shower, swimming pool, or near a (laundry) tub
filled with water. Do not touch the product or power cord with wet hands. Do not allow the
