Tool insertion (C)
The tool is equipped with the SDS-plus system
Carefully clean and lubricate the tool before inserting
it into the hammer drill.
Push the protective cover back and install the tool.
At the same time push it until it is fixed.
Loosen the cover (1) and tentatively pull the tool.
Make sure it is locked in the correct position.
Removing the tool (C)
Push the protective cover (1) back. Then pull out the
tool.
Attaching the handle (D)
For safety reasons, use an electropneumatic hammer
drill with an additional handle.
You can adjust the handle to the required position.
This will ensure a safe position of the body during
drilling. Loosen the handle by turning it counterclock-
wise, adjust the desired position, then tighten the
handle
Choice of working mode
This tool has a total of three functions.
These functions are:
percussive drilling
chopping
drilling
The hammer switch (5) and the chopping/drilling
switch can be used to set the type of work mode.
Hammer on and off (G1,G2)
Your electro-pneumatic hammer drill is equipped with
a hammer stop function for smooth drilling. To deacti-
vate the hammer function, turn the lever switch (5) to
the "drill" position
To re-engage the hammer function, return the toggle
switch (5) back to the "drill-hammer" position
Drilling / chopping function switching (H)
To set the "chopping" mode, it is necessary to turn off
the "drilling" function.
To do so, set the chisel / drill rotary switch (6) to the
"chisel" mark.
To restart the drilling function, the rotary switch (6)
must be set to the "chisel-drill" mark again.
