Warranty and liability
ACE Handels- und Entwicklungs GmbH (ACE) guarantees
the product to which this warranty and liability declaration
is attached - in all versions and designations - against
defects in material and workmanship for a period of two
years from the date of purchase and a one-year warranty
on the sensor. This warranty covers the electronics and
the external hardware but refers only to the sensor without
sampling components. Parts that are inevitably destroyed
during use (e.g. fuses) are excluded from the warranty. The
warranty begins on the date of delivery or first use (whiche-
ver is shorter), unless otherwise specified in the literature
accompanying the ACE product.
