5. Generator starting
5.1 Manual starting
1. Check if there is not equipment connected to the generator. The generator
must be started and stopped without equipment connected.
2. Turn the air valve on the fuel cap to the ON position, according to the figure
below.
3. Turn the multifunctional DIAL to the RUN position.
4. Smoothly, pull the starter rope (recoil starter) until you find resistance. So
let the rope recoils. Then pull the rope energetically to start the engine,
according to the next figure.
