Mounting Rail Installation
1.
Identify the front of the mounting kit. The rear of the rail kit has the locating holes shown below in Figure 6.
2.
Install the rail kit onto the frame mounting brackets as shown in Figure 7.
3.
Use the supplied locating bolts (Item 9) to align the rail kit onto the
brackets, using the holes outlined in Figure 6, aligning them with the
corresponding bracket holes shown in Figure 7.
Install the 5/8 x 1 ¾" bolts with 5/8 flatwasher (Items 8 & 15) and nuts

with 5/8" conical washer (Item 7 & 16).
Install the outer M14 bolts with 9/16" flatwasher (Items 4 & 14) and M14

nuts with M14 conical washer (Items 5 & 17).

DO NOT tighten at this time.
Mounting Rail Installation- Torque Sequence
•
Tighten all hardware in the following order
Tighten rail kit 5/8 x 1 ¾" to 212 ft-lb (287 Nm).

Tighten rail kit M14 bolts to 148 ft-lb (201 Nm).
Tighten frame brackets 5/8 x 4 ¼" bolts to 212 ft-lb
3.
(287 Nm).
