DECONTAMINATION
The DECONTAMINATION cycle is a special self-
cleaning cycle to prepare the station for operation
with a different oil, while the AUTO-NETTOYANT
cycle also involves the charging hoses. Depending
on the TRACEUR-HYBRID configuration, the
user may be prompted to change the oil bottle.
In this case, the cycle will prime the internal
oil hose. See CONFIGURATION menu - WORK
CONFIGURATION - TRACEUR. After the above
preliminary
operations,
three consecutive refrigerant charge and recovery
cycles. Note: the cycle is performed automatically
when servicing a hybrid vehicle after the station
has worked on a non-hybrid vehicle.
WEIGHT TEST
All station models are supplied with an internal
scale for accurate measurement of reclaimed and
charged refrigerant. Depending on the model,
another scale is supplied to obtain the value
of drained and recharged oil.Two procedures
are provided to enable the scale to be tested
by checking with a sample weight.To test the
refrigerant scale, place a sample of at least 100
g hanging from the hook provided. To test the
oil scale, place the sample weight in an empty oil
bottle, and the measured difference is displayed on
the screen.
SETTINGS
The settings menu groups together all the
station's configuration functions: internal time
and display language can be set here, along with
other parameters, enabling the user to adjust the
operating phases.
