ACCESSORIES
This menu groups together a number of
accessory phases supplied to operate
on both the A/C system and spare
parts, including a RINSE procedure
and the so-called EASY FLUSH cycle.
Easyflush (optional, consult us)
The «EASYFLUSH» cycle automatically
fills and recovers the liquid refrigerant in
the A/C system (or parts of it).to check
whether the refrigerant (the oil mixed
with the refrigerant) is contaminated or
not, use the «EASYFLUSH» accessory
kit (not included in the standard
version). - Connect the vehicle's A/C
system (or part of it) to the station
using the «EASYFLUSH» accessory kit,
as indicated in the relevant instructions.-
Select «EASYFLUSH» and set the desired quantity of refrigerant (depending on the volume of the
part to be flushed)- Press ENTER Before flushing, the unit will automatically perform a vacuum cycle
to check for any leaks. The vacuum cycle is mandatory to prevent gas leaks into the environment.
A/C leak detection
The A/C leak detection cycle tests the
A/C system with nitrogen and detects
leaks using an electronic leak detector. To
perform the test, you'll need a nitrogen
gas cylinder (use your own cylinder
or order code CFU13.209), a nitrogen
test kit (code CFU-NITRO or CFU-
NITRO-HD) and a leak detector (code
CFU13.209). These accessories are not
included in the A/C station equipment
and
must
be
ordered
Connect the nitrogen cylinder to the
station, set the pressure to 10 bar (suggested), define a test duration and press ENTER to start the
test. Any drop in pressure (and therefore
any possibility of leakage) will trigger a
series of warning sounds.
