2. Open the door frame (use the up and down buttons to open), and manually rotate the upper wheel disk to
check if the saw blade moves smoothly. If the saw blade deviates outward from the wheel disk, turn the
fine adjustment screw clockwise with the appropriate tools (see 1 in the figure below). If the saw blade
deviates inward, turn the fine adjustment screw counterclockwise (see 1 in the figure below). Use the
adjusting handle (see 2 in the figure below) to set the saw blade tension until it stops vibrating. Avoid
overtightening to ensure balanced operation.
3. Close the door frame, start the machine, and place the ingredients on the worktable. Adjust the baffle
according to the height of the food and use the pressure plate to guide the food into the cutting area.
4. Turn off the power and clean the machine after use. Open the door frame, rotate the machine top, and
loosen the upper wheel using the adjusting handle (2 on the right) to remove the saw blade.
5. Replace the saw blade only when the machine is powered off. Turn the adjusting handle 2
counterclockwise to lower the upper wheel to the correct position for installing a new blade (use auxiliary
tools if needed to avoid injury). Turn the adjusting handle 2 clockwise to secure the saw blade. Close the
door and ensure the door button is properly fastened. Start the machine and adjust the blade tension until
it runs smoothly without trembling.
6. Turn off the machine switch after use, unplug the power supply, and clean the machine to prevent
bacterial growth. Do not wash the machine directly with water.
Maintenance
Power Off: Always disconnect the machine from the power supply before cleaning or performing
maintenance.
Surface Cleaning: Use a damp cloth with a non-corrosive detergent to clean the surface of the machine
body and the power supply lead-in line after each use. Do not wash the machine directly with water to
prevent electrical damage. For stubborn stains, use a neutral detergent and then wipe dry with a cloth.
Keep Clean for Longevity: To extend the machine's service life, regularly clean the worktable and keep the
machine clean during periods of inactivity.
Disposing of Used Devices
Do not dispose of this device in municipal waste systems. Hand it over to an electric and electrical device recycling
