Potential cause / solution

Is the mains plug properly connected with the socket?
•
Is the socket defective? Try another socket.
•
Check the fuse for your mains connection.
•
Is the device activated? Push the On/Off switch.
•
Has the permanent fi lter and the permanent fi lter holder
been correctly inserted?
•
Is there suffi cient water in the water tank?
•
The water tank is overfi lled. Always fi ll the water tank with
an amount of water that the cup located under the coffee
spout is capable of holding!
•
There is no water in the water tank.
•
No coffee has been added to the permanent fi lter.
•
The device must be decalcifi ed (see chapter "Care and
Descaling").
