The machine complies with the laws in
effect when it was delivered. To adapt the
equipment to any subsequent
modification of standards is under the
responsibility of the user. In this case, he
has to ask the manufacturer whether a
modification is necessary.
Extract from the conditions of sale
Guarantee :
The normal guarantee period for equipment is
6 months. It can never exceed one year even in
special cases which have been explicitly
negotiated . In case of equipment which is used
day and night, the guarantee is automatically
halved.
It is strictly limited to replacements or repairs
of parts which no longer work due to faults or
established construction errors.
It does not apply to replacements or repairs
which is result from normal use of apparatus or
machines, nor to deterioration or accidents
caused by negligence, lack of surveillance,
servicing or defective installation and use of
apparatus, modifications not expressly
requested and accepted by the manufacturer.
Any repair or replacement of parts or apparatus
which no longer work due to any faults or
established construction errors should be
notified as soon as possible to the
manufacturer. Should their deterioration cause
other damages to the machine, then the
guarantee couldn't be applied by the
manufacturer to these.
