SETTING UP
2.1
Prior arrangements
The room must be adequately lighted.
The floor must be perfectly level and horizontal.
Check that the supply is 400 V and the frequency 50
Hz.
Check there are three phases and the ground.
Check the air presence 6 bars - 200l/mn
2.2
Handling and unpacking
Keep the elevator in a dry place, if it is not
unpacked on reception.
Take all the useful measures to unpack the elevator
without overturning it.
To stand up it, use a lifting truck. Use a sling, placed
under the motorization (the higher point of the
machine) to make sure the equilibrium.

After the definitive anchoring, replace the plug (the
higher) of the reducing gear "bowl lifting" by a vent
plug.
Important:
If you do not realize this operation, you can damage
the impermeability bearings because of a high inner
pressure.
2.3
Adjustment of the height of discharging
In case of change of the discharging height, and if
the elevator is adapted for this operation:
Unscrew the turn over ramp following the fixation
holes available
Following the desired height, lower or lift the
ramp.
Replace the screws with Grower washers.

Place two matching pins.
The two high limit switches are preset in factory
and belong to the ramp. Never change their place
on the ramp, even if you must change them.
