Have the Philips infrared lamps (1100W) and the UV filters replaced by a service centre
authorised by Philips. Only they have the knowledge and skills required for this job and the
original spare parts for the appliance.

The UV filters protect against exposure to undesired UV light. It is therefore important to have
a damaged or broken filter replaced right away.

If the mains cord is damaged, you must have it replaced by Philips, a service centre authorised by
Philips or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

you discard the lamps, do not throw them away with the normal household waste but hand
them in at an official collection point.
