WELDING PROCESSES
• DC TIG welding
Specifically designed for ferrous metals such as steel, stainless steel, copper and its alloys, as well as titanium.
• Synergic TIG welding
No longer based on the selection of a DC current type and welding cycle parameter settings, but integrates welding rules/synergies based on expe-
rience. This mode therefore limits the number of settings to three basic adjustments: Type of material, welding thickness, and welding position.
SETTINGS
• Standard
The TIG DC Standard welding process provides high quality welds on most ferrous materials such as steel, stainless steel, copper and its alloys,
titanium, etc. The various current and gas management options allow you to have complete control over your welding process, from ignition, to the
final cooling of your weld bead.
• Pulse
This pulsed current welding mode combines pulses of high current (I, welding pulse) followed by pulses of low current (I_Cold, workpiece cooling
pulse). Pulse mode allows pieces to be assembled while limiting temperature rises and warping of the workpiece. Ideal for use in any position.
