Possible cause
1.1 Not connected to power
supply
1.2 Supply cord or power
plug is defective
1.3 Other electrical defect
to the machine.
1.4 Trigger lock lever has
flipped up.
1.5 Nozzle clogged.
1.6 Motor overheated.
2.1 Extension cord not
suitable for operation
with this machine.
2.2 Power source (e.g.
generator) has too low
voltage.
2.3 Air vents are blocked.
2.4 Water inlet volume is
too low.
2.5 High pressure hose is
leaking.
2.6 Garden hose is leaking.
2.7 Inlet filter heavily soiled. 2.7 Clean the inlet filter.
2.8 Air being sucked into
the system.

Solution
1.1 Connect to a suitable
socket-outlet.
1.2 Contact your nearest
authorised service
centre.
1.3 Contact your nearest

1.4 Flip the trigger lock
lever down.
1.5 Unclog the nozzle using
the cleaning needle.
1.6 Switch off and unplug
the machine. Let it cool
down for 10 minutes
and operate again.
2.1 Use a proper extension
cord.
2.2 Power source (e.g.
generator) has too low
voltage.
2.3 Clean the air vents
2.4 Fully open the water
supply.
2.5 Replace it with a new
high pressure hose.
2.6 Replace it with a new
garden hose.
