Troubleshooting
Check whether ARC/eARC is selected at  
Sound > Audio Output > Audio Output Selection. If not, you need to
check whether the external power amplifier device is connected to the
ARC/eARC port or optical port of the TV.
  > Settings > Display & Sound > Audio Output > Digital Audio
Out. You can try to select Auto, Pass Through, PCM, Dolby Audio -
Dolby Digital, or Dolby Audio - Dolby Digital Plus.
Whether the power amplifier device port is connected correctly.
