Table 5 – Components
• All components (actuators, switch and signalling elements) have ATEX / IECEx separate certificates. Installation and
maintenance shall be done as prescribed by manufacturer documents.
• The ambient temperature range will be limited by the component (terminal, actuator, switch, etc.) with the worst characteristics.
• Only SCAME approved components can be mounted.
• Creepage and clearance distances shall comply with IEC / EN 60079-7 (see table 3), current and maximum dissipated power
shall not exceed the maximum value allowed.
• The equipment must be mounted vertically with the conductor terminal mounted to the rear of the enclosure and the actuator
components fitted to the cover of the enclosure.
