Walking Treadmill
Try to adopt a regular and calm
breathing pattern.
Allow the training to fade out with a
slower speed.
Stretch your body after training (see
the "Stretching Exercises" chapter).
Training
Please Note!
Stop the training immediately if you
start to feel weak, dizzy or unwell
in some other way. If you feel sick,
have pain in your chest or arms, an
irregular heartbeat or other unusual
symptoms, seek medical attention
immediately.
Improper use of the device
and excessive training can be
detrimental to your health.
Wear comfortable clothing and
non-slip trainers. You should not
wear shoes with heels, leather soles,
studs or spikes. Never use the device
barefoot!
Do not kneel, stamp or jump on the
device to prevent injuries and damage
to the device.
Before you start training, familiarise
yourself with all the functions and
ways of adjusting the device. Note
that it is controlled via the remote
control and no settings can be made
on the device itself.
Make sure that there is nobody within
the area of movement while you are
training.
To ensure that the device lasts for
as long as possible, it should be
switched off for at least 10 minutes
after 30 minutes of constant
operation.

Before you first use the device, a
3 V button cell CR 2032 must be
inserted into the remote control.
1. Flip the I / 0 main power switch (7) to
the I position.
It lights up and the device is supplied
with power. The display (5) switches
on and a starting routine is run
through. If 0:00 is shown constantly
on the display, the device is ready to
start.
2. Take hold of the remote control and
place it in the middle of the belt (1).
3. Press the
Start / Stop button on
the remote control (Picture B). After
a countdown of 3 seconds, the belt
starts moving on the lowest speed
setting.
The display successively shows the
following training data (Picture C):
○ Training time in minutes and
seconds
○ Speed up to 6 km/h
○ Distance travelled in km
○ Approximate calorie consumption
○ Mileage (Is reset when the device
is disconnected from the mains
power.)
4. Use the + / – buttons to adjust the
speed.
5. To slowly stop the belt, press the
Start / Stop button.

If the belt is at a standstill for
10 minutes, the display switches
to stand-by mode. It is activated
again by pressing any button.
6. Only get off once the belt has come
to a standstill.
7. Flip the I / 0 main power switch to
the 0 position and pull the mains plug
out of the plug socket.
8. Clear away the device so that it does
not present a trip hazard.
