3) After the draining, insert back the stopper to the drain port, otherwise the appliance may leak and make
your room wet.
Wi-Fi connection guide (The guide for the APP may not be updated regularly due to software version
upgrade or other reasons. This instruction is used as a guide only.):
1. Search "Tuya smart" in App Store (for iOS) or Google play (for Android), download the application
"TuyaSmart" to your phone.
2. Make sure your air conditioner is in standby when pairing it.
3. Sign up or log in to your account on Tuya. Press the "+" at right top or button "Add Device" to add your air
conditioner.
To add it manually, find and press the icon "Air conditioner". (Fig.1) You will get the prompt that asks you
to use the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Note that the 5 GHz WI-Fi is not supported by this application.
Enter your Wi-Fi password and connect to the Wi-Fi. Now check if the WI-FI indicator light is rapidly
blinking. If not, long press the temperature/timer increasing button " " on the control panel until the
Wi-FI indicator light rapidly blinks (beep sound heard in the process). After confirming that the indicator
light rapidly blinks, press "Next" (Fig.2), the application will scan and add the air conditioner.
You can also let the application automatically scan and add your appliance (Fig.3). Just press the tab
"Auto Scan". Remember to set your Wi-Fi network to 2.4GHz. Make sure the Wi-Fi indicator light is
rapidly blinking, if not, do as the above paragraph tells.
4. You can set the name for your device by pressing the pencil logo besides, and select the location of your
device. Then press "Done" at the top right corner. (Fig.4)
5. Now you can operate the air conditioner in the interface below (Fig.5). Press the corresponding button to
set your appliance. In the mode and fan speed selection, you will see the same options as on the control
panel of the appliance. However, in the timer, the max time setting is 23 hours, not the 24 hours on the
control panel.

6. Press the arrow at the top left corner, you can get back to the home page, on which you can simply turn
on or turn off your appliance. (Fig.6)
7. Press the pencil logo at the top right corner, you can have more settings. The option "Share Device"
allows you to share the operation of the appliance to other people.
Note:
When the network environment for the appliance has been changed, it requires to be reconfigured.
