Possible Cause
Water shortage

Solution
Stop the ice maker, fill water,
and press ON/OFF button again
to restart the unit
Check the main water supply
pressure or check whether the
water supply hose is blocked.
Increasing water pressure or
cleaning the hose may be
necessary.
Indicates that water is filling the
tank.
Remove the probable obstacle
inside or clean the inside wall of
the ice storage
Long press the "ON/OFF"
button for 5 seconds to force
ice production for 80 minutes
Shut off and unplug unit and
allow at least 1 hour of standby
Make sure the ambient
temperature is above 50° and
below 109°F
Make sure water is above 41°
and below 77°F
Run the ice maker in ambient
temperatures below 90°F and
use colder water
Press the "ON/OFF" button
twice to restart ice production.
