PROTECTIVE SYSTEMS
See fig. 2. The machine is equipped with two protective microswitches (indicated with
arrows). The microswitch on the cap switches the machine off when the cap is opened to
access the cutting plate. The microswitch on the push arm switches the machine off when
the push arm is raised to load the product.
BEFORE FIRST START

Clean the equipment in accordance with the instructions presented in the "Maintenance
and care" section.
ASSEMBLY OF THE EQUIPMENT

See fig. 3. Turn the holding lock located in the front part of the cap anticlockwise and
open the cap.

See fig. 4. Put the plastic disc-ejector on the motor shaft first and then the cutting plate.
