4. Function and intended use

The solar watering computer is intended for outdoor use. It is the water supplier for a variety of
irrigation options. Depending on the system, it can be used with the esotec water sprinkler, mist
or drip systems.
Watering takes place daily at dawn and dark. The operating time of the pump can be set between
0.5 and 8 minutes. The output voltage of the solar module serves as a light sensor. The integrated
membrane pump draws in water from a depth of up to 2 meters. The crystalline solar module
charges the built-in battery pack during the day and in the sunshine. This means complete inde-
pendence from mains power!
