10. Cleaning
WARNING! Disconnect the aroma diffuser from the power supply before cleaning
for safety reasons.
For cleaning, use a clean, soft cloth, which you can moisten slightly if necessary. Never use
solvents or aggressive detergents. Make sure that no liquid gets into the housing.
The water reservoir must be cleaned after every use to remove oil residues as much as
possible. Use a slightly damp, soft cloth. For stubborn dirt, add a few drops of mild
detergent to the damp cloth. Then, remove any residues of the detergent used.
If a reduced amount of mist is produced, clean the ceramic disc in the base of the water
reservoir using a slightly damp cotton bud.
11. Troubleshooting
Not working
• Check that the mains power adapter (11) is properly inserted into the mains socket
and the connector on the power adapter cable is firmly inserted into the power supply
socket (5).
• Check that the mains socket used is live.
Diffuser function not working / No mist produced
• Check that there is liquid in the water reservoir. Top up the water if necessary.
