Check the levelness of the washer. First, place a level on
the lid near the console. Then place the level on the side
of the washer in the crease between the top of the washer
and the cabinet.
Level
the front.
Level
the side.
If the washer is not level, move the washer out slightly,
tip back and prop up the front of the washer with a
wood block. Adjust the right front foot by loosening the
Iocknut with a 9/16" or 14 mm open-end wrench, then
twisting the foot up or down as needed.
HELPFUL TIP: You may have to adjust the back feet to
level the machine. If you are installing the machine in a
tight or hard to reach area, you may have to move the
machine out to reach the feet comfortably.
You may
wish to lock the back feet before moving the washer
back into place.
After the machine is leveled, make sure all four feet
are stable and in firm contact with the floor by gently
rocking the washer front to back, side to side, and
diagonally. Adjust the feet if necessary, repeating
steps 4-6 as needed.
Use a 9/16" or 14 mm open-end wrench to turn the
Iocknuts counterclockwise
on the foot tightly against
the washer cabinet.
IMPORTANT:
If the Iocknuts are not tight against the
washer cabinet, the washer may vibrate.
