Insert the Wheel Shaft (M) into the Wheel (G), Base (L) and end of
Bottom Pole (Y) as shown.

As shown in the figure, connect one end of the Pole Brace(K) to the
Base (L) with two screws (C).
Then use screws (E) to connect the other end of the two Pole Braces
(K) to the Bottom Pole (Y).

As shown, Fix 2 Discs
(N) on both sides of the
Top Pole (W) by Bolt
Set(E).
The disc notch face is
upward

Inject 90% water into
the base to prevent
tipping during the next
nstallation process.
