TROUBLESHOOTING
Most problems can be easily solved, as described in this chart. If trouble persists, consult your PIONEER authorized service center or dealer.
Platter does not rotate.
| * Power plug is disconnected.
e Plug power cord into AC outlet.
e Turntable is plugged into switched AC outlet on
* Turn on amplifier or receiver power switch.

No sound.
e Record is dusty or dirty.
e Record is warped or scratched.

* Clean record, using cleaning fluid and soft cloth.

* Clean plugs and jacks, using a wire brush.
* Use a stylus brush to clean stylus.
e Replace stylus.
Sound is distorted.

e Connect to the amplifier's AUX Jacks.
Do not connect to PHONO jacks.
