OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
The maximum capacity of this appliance is up to
51 - 750 ml standard Bordeaux style bottles.
For wide diameter
Burgundy bottles, each
shelf can hold 7 bottles
with an extra 6 in the
bottom of the cabinet.
For standard Bordeaux
bottles, each shelf can
hold 8 bottles with an
extra 11 in the bottom
of the cabinet.
SHELF INSTRUCTIONS
Do not cover shelves with aluminum foil or any
other material as this will impede air flow inside the
cabinet and can adversely affect the interior cabinet
temperature.
Removing Wine Shelf
• Fully extend the shelf
• Lift up the front of the shelf
• Holding the shelf track, push the self in and then up
to release it from the rear dampers
HOW TO REPLACE FILTER
Open the door and pull out the activated charcoal box.
Remove the lower cover of the activated charcoal box
and replace the charcoal bag.
NOTE: The filter should be replaced every 3 - 6 months
depending on the unit's exposure level to odor. If the unit
is placed in the kitchen, regular replacement every 3
months is recommended.
