Mounting the swing
Before using the product for the first time, grease the metal
suspension rings of the lattice swing and the suspension
hooks you have additionally supplied – all of which are
exposed to constant friction – with commercially available,
waterproof machine grease.
Note:
Only mount the swing on fixtures where you can guarantee sufficient
stability with absolute certainty. For mounting, use at least 10mm sturdy
screw hooks that are bent at least 540° or completely closed to prevent
unintended release.
When mounting on wooden beams, the attachment must pass all the way
through the wood and be secured with a nut from above, to ensure a
sufficiently secure connection.
Various mounting hooks
Only attach the swing to a suitable mount.
These are:
No. 1: a closed eyelet, attached to the swing component with a
carabiner (Fig. B).
